Location is great! The hotel is clean and inviting. We had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of autumn trees and Crocket Creek. The staff was exceptional. When we arrived, our King room had been mysteriously changed to a room with two double beds. Carla simply said, "Sorry about that" and switched us back to a King room. We had asked for a microwave, which had already been put into the double room. But within minutes, a porter brought a microwave to our room. Great service! Thanks to all!

The hospitality by ever member of your staff was very kind, especially Anthony who gave me a menu of a pizza place that was open till 4a when I just felt like something at about midnight. 10 minutes later a personal sized pizza was delivered. Anthony seemed to have vast knowledge of anything I inquired about.

The room was really clean. All the staff including the cleaning staff were super helpful. The location perfect and close to where we needed to go. They allowed door dash to deliver which was really helpful!

It is a really nice hotel, location was better when we got used to it, we could even use our bikes to get to the Elmhurst trainstation and we were in 30-45 min in downtown Chicago.

I like staying out of the main city when I go to Chicago so I can find a cheaper rate, and this hotel was perfect! A great rate, and nice and clean rooms. Comfy beds too!
